前天我們的麻吉carol在dc jugal看到智勳的丈母娘發文,內容大致如下:

剛在dc豬看到智勳的丈母娘講說餘白打電話給她,請她們幫忙的事...

餘白說智勳受到比刑罰更嚴厲的輿論傷害,法律上的事餘白方面會全力處理,

網路上的言論餘白也會儘可能的幫忙澄清,餘白好像有什麼計畫需要豬花們幫忙,

我想妳跟HW有聯絡,如果有什麼需要我們這邊幫忙的,可以跟我們講....

所以我們馬上聯絡hw詢問進一步的詳情.hw回答說目前餘白要求韓飯們參與發動請願書行動.

所謂的請願書,類似呈請書面文件.主要是希望k國司法院會因為這些來自世界各地的請願書內容,

在審理智勳案件時,會有所幫助.

得到消息後,我馬上請示美國律師,懇求她以專業的資格,幫我們撰寫請願書.

畢竟她可以用律師的角度處理,會比我們自己瞎摸來得有保證.她馬上回覆了我的請求,也提供了相關資料.

所以,目前我已經把撰寫好的請願書最主要的內容:

為什麼他不應該得到嚴厲刑罰的理由提供給美國律師

我是以溫和理智的角度,把我們的想法一一提出來.

目前等待美國律師幫我們撰寫完整版的請願書內容.

重點在於,hw有強調以英文為主要撰寫語文是比較適合的.

當然韓文是最好的.可惜我們沒有這能力.

所以在等待美國律師的英文版內容時,

我先告訴所有想參與這項行動的朋友們,關於這項行動的相關資訊.

1-當我一收到完整版的請願書,我會馬上翻譯成中文,讓想參與者可以完整理解請願書內容.

2-接著我們會把英文版的請願書,提供下載連結,讓大家各自下載.

3-下載後,請參與者在請願書尾端,誠實的填上自己的:

a-真實姓名(先以各自的母語填寫,接著以英文在名字旁註明.例如:朱智勳-JU JI HUN)

  -所屬國家與地區名字(台灣-台北Taiwan-Taipei/中國-北京China-Beijing)

  -您的身分證號碼(請別擔心,我們不會竊取您的個人資料.

   我們目的在於幫助智勳,沒有其他用意.之後資料也是直接遞交給韓國總檢察長.

   我們覺得付上身分證號碼,會把請願書的真實性,進一步提高)

  -個人email帳戶.

-填寫完畢後,再把這份含有您真實個人資料的請願書依據不同地區,
   email給不同的負責人.我們將分別收集不同地區的請願書.在截止日期後,
  把每份請願書打印出來,接著快遞到韓國.同時所有請願書也會以PDF文件方式,email給hw.

所以您只需要下載一份請願書,仔細填寫完畢,再email給我們.

之後的工作,由我們負責處理.

I’m not aware of any specific format for this type of petition. 

This is a petition from concerned citizens not a formal court petition so there should be quite a bit of flexibility.

The fastest way to get as many signatures as possible in a short timeframe and then transmit to Yeoubak instantaneously is to set up a mechanism on line where people can sign the petition electronically.  You can then print out the petition and the signatures, PDF the whole record and email to the Korean fans. Or they could download directly from the online petition site.  You can set simple rules on the signing (real name in English and the native language of the signer, country, etc) so the court knows that it’s authentic.
